Visit preparation, rethought
Walk in prepared.
Ask what matters.
Put your appointment into your own words, in your own language. Get a short, thoughtful page of questions to bring into the room. Not medical advice.
What you leave with
A page you can actually use in the room.
Eight to ten questions, with the two most important ones clearly flagged. No medical claims, no jargon, no task list disguised as advice.
How it works
A few minutes before. A better conversation during.
The experience is deliberately simple: you bring the context; Reflective Care helps make room for the questions that are easy to forget.
Tell us about the visit
A sentence or two is enough. Write as you naturally would, in English, Spanish, Gujarati or Hindi, in native script or in English letters.
Let the panel look
Seven perspectives consider what may be missing, first independently and then alongside one another.
Bring your questions
Every question is checked, then arranged as a clear page you can read, print, or send yourself.
The panel
More than one way of looking at a visit.
The questions that matter often come from the perspective nobody thought to take. The panel is designed to make those perspectives visible, not to impersonate a clinician.
Over time, the panel itself becomes configurable: a clinic, a specialty, or a health plan can seat the perspectives that matter most to the people they care for.
Designed with boundaries
Useful precisely because it knows where to stop.
Reflective Care prepares you for a conversation with your clinician. It never tries to replace that conversation.
Questions, not advice
It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, name medicines, or tell you how serious something is.
Language is part of the care
Your questions are returned in the language and script you choose, and are checked again there.
Built to hold less
Your description is deleted within six hours. Nothing is sent to a clinic without you choosing to share it.
For the clinician you share it with
A visit can spark a reflective insight.
If you choose to send your sheet, it arrives with an optional invitation for the person reading it: let the encounter prompt a reflection, and claim CE/CME credit for that reflection in Learner+. Reflect to earn, in their own words, on their own time.
Credit is earned for the reflection, never for the visit or for reading your sheet. Nothing reaches a clinician unless you share it, and the link carries the visit topic and a visit-type bucket only. No identifier leads back to you or to your page.
Pricing
Your first visit is free.
After that it is $5 a visit. No subscription, no account tier, nothing to cancel. You pay when you are actually preparing for an appointment, and not otherwise.
Your first visit
The whole thing: the panel, the checked question sheet, every language, read aloud, printed or saved. Nothing held back to sell you the next one.
Every visit after
Prepare a visit whenever you have one. A sheet you have already made stays yours to open, read aloud and print at no further cost.
Your clinic or plan may cover it
Some clinics and health plans will cover visit preparation for the people they care for, but only if someone tells them it exists. If this has been useful to you, introduce us.
Email concierge@cmefy.com and put us in touch with your clinic or plan administrator. We will take it from there.
Everything is free during limited testing: every visit, not just your first. The prices above are what it becomes afterwards, and we will tell you well before that day. Reflective Care prepares questions for a medical visit. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care.
Your next visit
Take a better first question with you.
Free during limited testing. An invitation is required to begin — ask for one with your phone number and we will let you know.
